Kieron Gait Architects have added a sympathetic garden pavilion to an old 1920’s Queenslander. Connected by an open, yet covered deck, the pavilion encourages the breeze to flow through the site allowing the family to feel like they’re sitting within the garden. The Eco Outdoor® Endicott® crazy paving helps merge the structure with the soft landscape and reflects the era of the existing home.

Morningside Residence is shortlisted for best House Alteration & Addition Over 200m2.

We wish all the 2018 Houses Awards shortlisted firms the best of luck. Winners of the awards will be announced on Friday 27 July 2018 at the Ivy Ballroom in Sydney.
