STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ONLINE ORDERS

We provide a flat rate for Standard Australian Metro Delivery Of Online Orders; Australian Metro delivery includes the Cities of Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane only and standard delivery is defined as deliveries whereby two men and a truck can complete the delivery.

 

HOW DO I MAKE A PURCHASE?

You can place an order by shopping online at www.ecooutdoor.com.au and following the below steps;

  1. Use the CLEARANCE links to help you find what you are looking for. Remember as this is a state-specific clearance sale, you must choose an item from your state.
  2. Once you have found an item you wish to purchase, click on the ADD TO SHOPPING BAG button to the right of each item.
  3. Review the items in your shopping bag by clicking the CART link at the top of the page. You can use the REMOVE FROM BASKET link to delete items from your shopping bag.
  4. Click on PROCEED TO PURCHASE to complete your order

DO I NEED TO SET UP AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?

To complete your online purchase, you will be required to create an online account with us. For your convenience, you are able to create an account either prior to purchasing or at checkout. Your email address and and details will be needed so that we can follow up and arrange delivery of your items.  From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.

 

IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION KEPT PRIVATE?

Please be assured that we take data protection seriously, and your information will only be shared with third parties where they abide by applicable data protection legislation. For more information, please read our Privacy Policy in full.

 

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD – WHAT SHOULD I DO?

To re-set your password, follow the ‘FORGOTTEN PASSWORD’ instructions on the SIGN IN page. Please note, for security reasons we are unable to send your old password via email.

 

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES ECO OUTDOOR ACCEPT AND IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CREDIT CARD ONLINE?

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards for Online Transactions.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and direct debit in-store.

If you would prefer to place an order by telephone you can call our  team on 1300 131 413 between 8am – 5pm, Monday – Friday or 9am – 4pm on Saturdays.

 

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY PAYMENT WAS SUCCESSFUL?

If your order is successful, you will be taken immediately to a confirmation page. You will also receive a confirmation email from us, provided your email address is accurate.

 

WHAT WILL I RECEIVE ONCE MY ORDER IS PLACED?

Once you have successfully placed your order online you will receive an order confirmation via email, provided that we have an accurate email address. The order confirmation will outline the items ordered, delivery costs and the shipping address. If you do not receive the order confirmation within the hour, please contact us at hello@ecooutdoor.com.au.

 

IS GST INCLUDED IN THE PRICE?

Yes GST is already included in the RRP and delivery rates shown. Your invoice will show a sub total and total amount both including GST.

 

WHAT WILL SHOW ON MY CREDIT CARD STATEMENT?

Any purchase made to Eco Outdoor will appear on your credit card statement as www.ecooutdoor.com.au.

 

IF I SAW AN ITEM IN STORE BUT CAN’T FIND IT ONLINE, HOW CAN I PURCHASE IT?

Please contact your closest Eco Outdoor showroom in which you saw the item to place the order. For your convenience, you can find contact details for our showrooms here.

 

CAN I PURCHASE A CLEARANCE ITEM ONLINE?

A number of our in stock clearance items can be purchased online. Any additional clearance floorstock items not listed on the site will need to be seen in store as stock may be seconds, used-floorstock or damaged (hence its further discounted rate).

 

DOES ECO OUTDOOR SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?

We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.

 

DOES ECO OUTDOOR SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?

Homewares and books can be delivered to a P.O. box, however all furniture items must be delivered to either a residential or commercial address.

 

CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?

For all cancellations, your item(s) must be cancelled prior to the goods being despatched from our warehouse or an administration fee may be applicable. Please contact our team at hello@ecooutdoor.com.au with all your contact and order details so that we can help you. Please note that all purchases made during the Clearance Sale are non-refundable for change of mind. Refunds will only be accepted for online goods if the product is damaged or faulty.

 

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your furniture and / or homewares order has been placed and your payment has cleared, a member of our team will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery time. If you have questions regarding your order, please contact the team at hello@ecooutdoor.com.au and a member of our team will get back to you as soon as possible.

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

We want your shopping experience to be as enjoyable as possible, if you’d like to return a non-sale item or exchange a non-sale item please contact our team on hello@ecooutdoor.com.au and one of our team members will advise you on how to manage this.

Please note that all purchases made during the clearance sale are non-refundable for change of mind. Refunds will only be accepted for online goods if the product is damaged or faulty.

 

CAN I RETURN ITEMS IN STORE THAT WERE PURCHASED ONLINE?

Please contact our team if you wish to return an item that was purchased online. You can contact us via email at hello@ecooutdoor.com.au. Stores are unable to accept return of an item(s) purchased online without confirmation from our online team so please email your request first.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I EXPERIENCE AN ERROR DURING CHECK OUT?

Please phone our team on 1300 131 413 and ask to speak to a member of the online team or alternatively email us at hello@ecooutdoor.com.au and email a screen shot / description of the order.

 

CAN I PURCHASE ITEMS FROM OTHER STATES DURING THE CLEARANCE SALE?

No items may only be purchased from the state in which you reside. If you accidentally purchase an item from outside your state, a member of the Eco online team will contact you to see if we can fulfil that order within your state or alternatively if the sale stock is not available, refund your money.

 

WHY CAN’T I PURCHASE ITEMS FROM ANOTHER STATE OUTSIDE OF MY OWN?

As this is an end-of-season Warehouse Clearance Sale – items differ from state to state. Furthermore, discounted sale prices are based off the inventory in that state. Furthermore, we cannot deliver outside of the state in which the furniture is purchased as the heavily discounted pricing does not cover this.
