HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE, AND HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?
We provide a flat rate for Standard Metro Area Delivery Of Online Orders; Metro Area delivery includes the Cities of Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Perth and Brisbane only and standard delivery is defined as deliveries whereby two men and a truck can complete the delivery.
Our delivery fees will be displayed at the checkout prior to payment and order completion. Please review these before you confirm your order. There are two delivery types depending on the products you have purchased. They are as follows:
Furniture will be delivered at a flate rate of $195 for all Metro Areas – this covers the cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth and Adelaide.
Small homewares will be delivered via Australia Post for a flat fee of $11.
If you live outside of a metro locations in the above states, you may contact our team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive a quote. Alternatively if you complete your order (with an address nominated outside of a metro area) a member of our team will contact you to confirm additional delivery costs.
CAN I CHANGE OR AMEND MY ORDER ONCE IT HAS BEEN PLACED?
For all cancellations, your item(s) must be cancelled prior to the goods being despatched from our warehouse or an administration fee may be applicable. Please call our team on 1300 131 413 . Please note that all purchases made during the Clearance Sale are non-refundable for change of mind. Refunds will only be accepted for online goods if the product is damaged or faulty.
DOES ECO OUTDOOR SHIP TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We are only able to deliver to one address per order. If you would like to send your purchases to multiple addresses, we suggest that you place a separate order for each destination.
DOES ECO OUTDOOR SHIP TO P.O. BOXES?
Homewares and books can be delivered to a P.O. box, however all furniture items must be delivered to either a residential or commercial address.

Once your furniture and / or homewares order has been placed and your payment has cleared, a member of our team will contact you via phone to schedule a delivery time.
